Digital Entry

You must enter On-line, even if you are only entering Prints or via CD.

For a digital entry, log on and the screen below is shown.

The screen shot above shows that the digital images are to be uploaded.

To make a digital entry select

This screen is then shown.

 To enter Nature you select   on this screen and the following screen will be shown.

In the Nature section the image can be marked as “Wildlife” to be eligible for a PSA Wildlife award.

Select the button and locate the image you want to use,

when selected the image immediately starts to upload, as illustrated below.

This example shows an Open image “uploading” a file named” \Rock and riverlet”

The programme has titled the image automatically, as above, if the system cannot make a title

that is acceptable, you can edit the title.

Please ensure the titles are what you want in the catalogue, a camera generated image

number or a special format demanded by other salons is not sensible and may bar the

image from inclusion in the printed catalogue, if we accept a large number of images.

After all uploading has completed select the  button moves you on to the next section.

Having completed the required sections you will have the payment screen shown.

This is an example of a PayPal payment being made, this is the preferred payment method.

The alternatives are UK Bank cheques or cash (US dollars or Euros) to be posted.

NB. You can jump to any screen by using the navigation list on the left which

grows as you open more screens.

Selecting   will move to the summary screen.

This screen shows a digital only entry with one image in the Open section.

A print can be made for your record, after printing or selecting , the PayPal payment

screen will be shown. The PayPal screen may be slow to load, (the screen can go blank),

as the system needs to log on to the PayPal server.

The normal PayPal log on screen is presented.

As can be seen above, if you have a PayPal account you can log on to make the payment,

but if you do not have a PayPal account you can pay using the cards shown.

Having completed your entry you can return to our Entry Page and log on to review your entry

or enter additional sections and make the extra payment by following through the steps above.

The PayPal screen will show the extra payment required.
